By signing in to your account, you can track your requests or orders and enjoy other benefits.

Step 2 – Submit a request
Choose your required service on our app. Fill in all the required details and submit your request.

Step 3 – Wait…
Your request will be sent to all of our approved garages or service centers within the chosen city and area. After one to six hours, you will receive a notification that quotations are sent to your app.

Step 4 – Choose a quotation
Choose your desired quotation and then select the appointment date to deliver your vehicle.

Step 5 – Labour
After delivering your vehicle to the chosen garage or service center, the job will start. You will be notified regarding the job status in the app. Upon completing the job, a final quality check will be carried out on your vehicle.

Step 6 – Collection
After job completion and final quality check, a notification will be sent to your phone that the job is completed and your vehicle is ready. For payment, you will have options to pay either by cash or card to the service provider (garage or service center) or by a secure online payment within the app.

Your request will be sent to all of our approved garages or service centers within the city and area that you have chosen. After a few hours, We will receive quotations from the garages or service centers and will select the best of them and send them to you. You will receive notification that quotations have been sent to the app.
Pick-up or drop-off service will be provided by the garages or service centers. If the garage or service center has this service, then they will include it in the Quotation comment section within the app.
In this case, the price of the Quotation will not change and only the price of required parts will be added to the total price after the consent of the customer.
You can make a request on our app. The app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. After installing the app, login/register and choose the desired service to make the request.
The quotation will not change after the approval unless some additional parts need to be changed, which in this case, will not change the previous quotation and only the price of required parts will be added to the total price after the consent of the customer. However, if the additional parts required more additional labour work, the cost of labour charge will also change.
If insurance is paying for the repairs, then you can use the app to request for best quotation from the nearest garages to your location and repair your car there.
Unfortunately, Google Pay is not yet supported in UAE. However, Apple Pay is available to use when making online payments through the APP. But to use Apple Pay, you must first add a card to your apple pay wallet app.
